Senior, staff, or principal IC roles on small-to-mid teams building complex software — surgical, infrastructure, industrial, fintech, or AI-first. Remote preferred; hybrid possible for the Munich area. No people-management track. Bilingual roles welcome — German and English are both native.

A few things that help me reply quickly and well.
- Recruiters: company name (or anonymized but specific industry), role title, comp range, and on-site/remote split. If those aren't shared yet, just say so — but vague outreach without any of these tends to get archived.
- Hiring managers: what the team is building, who I'd work with, and what the design org looks like today.
- Freelance or contract: scope, rough timeline, and which language (German or English) the engagement runs in.
- I'm based in CET (Munich) and reply during European working hours. Inbound from US timezones still gets answered — just maybe not within the hour.
